Thank you for shopping with Golden Breeze! Because every item is custom made just for you, please review our shipping details below.

Processing / Production Time

All of our products are made to order. After you place your order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your item ships. During holidays or peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days (where available)

Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping) is typically 5–12 business days for US orders.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Any available free shipping promotions will be applied automatically.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@goldenbreezellc.us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before production.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@goldenbreezellc.us with your order number (and a photo if damaged). We'll work with you to make it right.

International Customers — Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
