What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production may begin and changes may not be possible.

I can’t find my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails may sometimes be filtered there.

If you still can’t find it, it’s possible the email address was entered incorrectly during checkout.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

How long does shipping take?

Production Time:
• Personalized apparel: 1–3 business days

Estimated Shipping Time:
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

My tracking hasn’t updated. Is that normal?

Yes, tracking updates can take 2–3 days after shipping.

What if my package is delayed?

Shipping delays can happen due to carriers or holidays. Please allow extra time before contacting support.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 30 days.

Can I return a custom item?

Custom items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

What if I received the wrong item?

Please contact us with a photo of the item, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

What if my item is damaged?

We will replace any damaged items free of charge.
