Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Golden Breeze. Because each of our products is custom made to order just for you, we handle returns a little differently than a standard store. Please read this policy carefully.

Custom & Personalized Items

Since our items are made to order and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect personalization entered by the customer, or wrong size ordered. Please review your design, spelling, and size carefully before completing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund.

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@goldenbreezellc.us with:

  • Your order number, and
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or personalization details chosen/entered by the customer.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Because production starts quickly, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we're unable to make changes.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
